She orders the book “How to Become an Escort” on the weekend on a Sunday at almost 12 midnight.
Her survey said she was under the age of 18, so since I will never sell this book to someone so young, I had my programmer check the survey out because I thought there was a bug in it.
I get to my desk around 5 pm the following day & she had already e-mailed me 3 times throughout the day (every 2 hours) sounding like I was ripping her off, she hadn’t received her book yet, etc., & one time she wanted to know if she should cancel the order which I did take as a threat.
Had she read the survey & her receipt, she should have known full well she wouldn’t receive it until I called her.
I got very pissed off.
It clearly states I get back to everyone within 24-48 hrs. it wasn’t even close to 24 hrs. yet.
Here’s another prime example of people who fear everything in the world & so she was freaking out.
She never called my phone line, nor did she check me out before ordering which is what she should have done.
She just wasted my time & money because she has fear issues.
I refunded her her money & told her I was putting her on my list outing her as being someone who should NOT be purchasing online. She wouldn’t let me speak, so she didn’t even hear me tell her this & she had to ask me again so you are going to refund me my money. So even after I spoke to her, she still was thinking I was going to steal from her.
It’s clear she needs serious help & doesn’t belong in the escort industry anyway.
Also, if she can’t read simple instructions & follow the company’s policies without freaking out, she doesn’t deserve to be purchasing online!

Maureen has now contacted me threatening me because I won’t delete her name from my blog.
I told her already that she wasted my time & money, & her original threats to reverse her purchase when I didn’t jump when she said “jump” did not sit well with me.
I don’t deal well with angry threatening people, & I have every right to tell my story.
Maureen seems to think that companies should put up with angry disrespectful customers & that somehow relates to good or bad customer service. Well I don’t agree. I never have, & I never will.
If I make a mistake, I’m the first to apologize & contrary to what Maureen thinks, NOT all customers are right.
I treat ALL of my clients with respect because I sincerely love them all, but I won’t tolerate nasty hyper active people who don’t read the company’s policies, & then freak out because they don’t get a response at 12 midnight past business hours.
My lawyer has been passed the information.

Ok, it seems Ms. Maureen is taking my e-mail address & business phone number, & placing it on Craig’s List stating I’m an escort for hire at $35/hr., so I had customers calling me which I found amusing.
She also decided to contact everyone on the blog to get a posse together.
Because of that reason, I updated my post on her.
And to think I had only posted her e-mail address before, now she made things worse for herself.
Maureen I hope you stop trying to attack me, you will only make things worse for yourself.
I advise you to concentrate on your own life, & maybe one day I will remove the post once I see you apologize to everyone for lying about me & that you WON’T purchase from sites again & play games with them.
Businesses have the right to protect themselves from people like you who waste their time, money & are hyper beyond all belief.
The more you threaten & try to cause me problems just like you did when you came to my site & played games after purchasing, the more I will post about you.
