James purchased the How to start & run your own escort agency business kit from Exotic Publishing on 12-07-08.
He had trouble making even his 2nd payment on the 3 month payment plan & I gave him a break waiting on him.
When it came time to making his last payment, he disappeared. Wouldn’t return phone calls or e-mails.
James this is fraud, you can’t purchase from someone & then disappear.
There were only 3 payments he had to make. It’s not like this was a year long contract.
In my opinion James should not be running an escort service, he can’t or won’t even pay his bills, or he purchases in advance knowing he won’t be able to make 2 more payments.

Anything is possible, but considering every other client of mine doesn’t agree, I highly doubt it.
My business kits are worth even more then what the price was at the time that James purchased it. Many people have said that.
Also, one can’t purchase something, then say “I didn’t like it, it’s not worth the price”, use it, have it in their position & then just decide to not continue paying the balance that they owe to the company.
Even in my Terms & Conditions it says NO REFUNDS. Bookstores don’t allow you to refund something you have already read & while my business kits are way more than books, they are along the same lines as books.
That is not how our society works & is considered fraud.
Money is still owing (plus interest) & James Helms never contacted me. He has never had one complaint & so even if he had a complaint, I can’t solve a problem I don’t know about.
I don’t feel that was the issue at all. I think James Helms knew he didn’t have the money when he purchased, he figured he would just get the product, then not pay & get away with fraud.
Also when looking back, I see that James had numerous problems with his computer, so we spent a lot of time helping him & giving him excellent customer service AND, that when it came time for his second payment to go through, he had trouble making that payment too. So no James, this is YOUR responsibility to pay your bills, trying to blame others for your actions is not a mature act & shows faulty thinking.
