Natalie & John purchased my business kit on “How to start & run your own escort agency”. They used my 3 month payment plan.
All was fine until after the 2nd payment. Then Suddenly out of the blue, Natalie writes to me asking me for a refund. I don’t offer refunds because no bookstore does. This business kit is highly valuable information, & unfortunately there are a lot of scammers out there in the escort industry, so I refuse to be scammed.
I told Natalie that we don’t offer refunds, it clearly states that in our Terms & Conditions & I asked her why she wanted a refund.
She ignored my e-mail.
A couple of weeks later I wrote her again asking if she received my e-mail. She ignored me again. That’s when I knew this was a scam. If you are a real customer who’s honest & ethical, you don’t ignore e-mails from a company that you are trying to get money from.
2 weeks later I get a call from Natalie’s bank investigating the item she purchased. I gave the nice woman all the information & proof that Natalie & John knew exactly who Exotic Publishing is & they received their product. It became clear to the woman that Natalie Cornett was trying to defraud Exotic Publishing, so she said the charges will stand.
When Natalie’s 3rd & finally payment was to go through, it declined.
Natalie & John committed fraud & still owes Exotic Publishing the 3rd & final payment.
They were warned on the site & warned verbally by me to make sure they would have all 3 payments, otherwise don’t bother purchasing. They ignored all warnings & the terms & conditions, & decided to play games & defraud Exotic Publishing.
These are NOT the types of people I want starting an escort service. I am trying to clean up the escort agency, not bring more criminals into it.

Natalie started to e-mail me as the shopping cart continued to try & get the last payment from her.
Immediately she started screaming at me, so I asked her to STOP, asked her to STOP being judgmental, & to stop lying & playing games.
She was putting down the escort industry, calling the business kit & escorts & agencies names & was all around a very nasty person.
I told her that either she or someone from her house purchased my products & it’s NOT my issue if she doesn’t know who it is. Companies should NOT be responsible for family members who use other people’s card, & there is still no proof that this woman & her husband didn’t purchase my product.
She thinks maybe it was her sister in-law, yet I spoke to a man on the phone.
I started to think that maybe she didn’t know about any of this, but then I thought it through.
1. I called one of her phone numbers & the bank has that number on file.
2. I e-mailed her the business kit to the very e-mail address she was writing me from AND she wrote me asking for a refund from that address as well.
So unless Natalie let’s the entire world have access to her phone & e-mail address, she’s lying. Not to mention her name is right there in here e-mail address. It would be next to near impossible that someone who has her credit card number also has access to her phone number, & her e-mail address.
Here was her very nasty response (still screaming at me)…

Maybe had Natalie behaved like a mature adult, her & I could have gotten the bottom of who used her credit card, but I will NEVER EVER deal with someone who has such deep emotional issues & treats people in this terrible manner.
I can’t talk to people like this, they are off their rocker.
