Normally I don’t post people’s phone numbers as I don’t feel it’s right, but in this case Emily has posted her phone numbers all over the Internet, so it’s public knowledge.

She received her first legal article, then unsubscribed.

So when I called her just before I was about to process her order for the business kit, I asked her if she had intended to unsubscribe.

It was very hard to understand her, her Vietnamese accent is quite thick, but first I understood her enough to hear her trashing the article stating she can get it anywhere on the Internet & that she knew EVERYTHING in the article already. Nothing irks me more than people who play games & are nasty. If she could get it on the Internet for FREE, then what the hell was she doing on my site trying to look for legal articles.

People who aren’t very smart ALWAYS proclaim they can get everyone from the Internet for free. These types of people have no respect for the amount of hours that go into a finished product, they just want people to feel bad about what they are selling because they want to rip off those companies or they have no idea what they are talking about.

I’m not talking about just my material, I see comments from idiots online all the time bashing people’s material saying, “I could have gotten that ALL FOR FREE.” Well Mr. Smarty Pants, if you could get it ALL FOR FREE within a few minutes, then you shouldn’t have purchased the product from the company in the first place.

Clearly they are liars.

Later when I was viewing the webpage I remembered we had put every title of every legal article right on the page, so if she went through all of the titles, & she saw the name of it, why did she go ahead & get the membership anyway?

Then she lied & said the article was only one page long. I didn’t know what to say to this as I believed her, but upon further investigation, I realized she was lying. NONE of our articles are one page long.

I tried to point out to her that a lot of time & man hours goes into these articles that are geared towards the escort industry & just because she knew ALL the information in the first article doesn’t mean she will know the information in all the other legal articles.

Then she was SHOCKED she would have to pay every month for her membership. She thought she was going to get ALL the articles for that one low price LOL

She is exactly WHY I don’t offer guarantees or refunds, because she’s a prime example of someone in the escort industry who will go to great lengths to rip someone off & I won’t put up with it.

I said to her, “OF COURSE you have to pay for our products, we don’t give it away for free. I started trying to explain to her that a membership means you pay monthly, but she kept interrupting me so I couldn’t get a word in edgewise.

Not to mention, it’s written ALL OVER the webpage PLUS it’s common sense.

After all was said & done, I highly doubt she knew everything in the legal article. That was probably a lie too.

Then I was shocked to learn she actually thought she could return the article after reading it LOL I said, “NOOOO, just like you can’t return a book to a bookstore after reading it, you can’t return one of our articles after you’ve purchased & read it.”

I wonder what would happen if a client wanted his money back after seeing her.

She kept bringing up that the site said she could cancel at any time. Yes OF COURSE you could cancel your subscription at any time, it didn’t mean you could get a refund on the material you already received.

I told her there are NO REFUNDS as stated in our terms & conditions, but again, she kept interrupting me so I couldn’t talk. Then she she started screaming at me. I asked her multiple times to STOP screaming at me & just listen & STOP abusing me & she wouldn’t stop.

The screaming went on for over 5-10 minutes & I warned her that if she didn’t stop, I was going to hang up the phone. She was unable to control herself.

After dealing with Emily Tran (Monica the NOT innocent), it’s clear to me she’s one of those hooker type escorts who’s just damm crazy. Thank gawd that’s not typical of my clientele. I guess it was my time of the year to deal with one of the nut jobs in the escort industry.

I hope she doesn’t end up being an escort for long. If she can’t even understand what I’m saying, she can’t read what’s right in front of her, & she can’t listen & be patient, then how in the hell is she going to give clients quality service?

Sure she looks good, but there’s a LOT more to being a great escort than looks.

I also worry what she may do to someone if they piss her off.

After I hung up on her as I had no choice, I ended up refunding her & told her she was going on my blog, she’s barred from any Exotic Publishing company & obviously she also got one of our products for free now & I consider that to be stealing.

She lied on the survey I send out to everyone saying she had listened to the audio of our policies & procedures. I know this because she was shocked that I called her for my quick 1 minute call. She also said, “My boyfriend monitors my phone and I don’t want him getting suspicious.”

I started to get upset.

1. I don’t tolerate liars. Had she listened to the audio, she would have known full well the quick 1-2-3 procedure I have to screen everyone. She didn’t even try to figure out what was going on by reading her e-mails from the list, or asking me for the audio again. It went back & forth, I finally refunded her minus her 15% (we don’t offer refunds), she of course had to blame this all on me calling me a scam LOL (I guess someone like me who don’t want to deal with her drama & inability to read & listen to a company’s policies is a scammer) & so I hope this is the end of Morgan Conn.

So right away I started to get attitude from Steven. It’s clear to me now he must control his wife since not ONCE did I hear from her & normally when a man purchases for the female, she is the one who I communicate with after the purchase is done.

Steven claims he’s a director of an IT department & an avid shopper online, yet he DIDN’T bother to read the Terms & Conditions, the receipt he received OR, the thank you page that popped up right after he ordered.

His arrogant attitude told me he shouldn’t have to receive a call, & if it’s just for me to sell him something, then he’s not interested.

I had to laugh at that one.

How a 1 minute or less call can equate to a sales pitch is beyond me, but it was clear this guy has serious trust issues. If he thinks all companies (he said something to this affect) are only out to sell him something instead of help him (every company has to make money just like every person has to have a job – Dahhh, that’s called living in today’s society), it’s really a shame because there are may ethical companies out there that have integrity.

I wrote him back & told him the call is mandatory & I was insulted that he thinks every business in the entire world wants to phone him to do a sales pitch on him.

I told him his behavior doesn’t work for me, so I’d rather just cancel the order. Remember, I’m trying to get rid of the nasty people.

He attempted to be nice on the 2nd e-mail saying how this whole procedure is very weird (clearly he knows nothing about the escort industry)  & he encounters internet fraud every day.

Again a sign of a person who lives surrounded by a negative cloud.

I purchase online all the time too & I’m even trying to remember if I’ve ever encountered fraud before.

Maybe 1 or 2 companies who didn’t respond back to e-mails, but I don’t really consider that to be out right fraud, just very poor customer service.

We proceeded to e-mail another once or twice first with him calling me hostile because I explained to him that in the escort industry EVERYONE is screened.

Then he argues that I was wrong because he wasn’t told I would have to call prior to his purchasing.

The terms & conditions are right on the shopping cart page. Once again, he doesn’t read & then is all shocked when things don’t go his way.

By the next e-mail this ____ (you fill in the blank) starts threatening me that I show him proof that I refunded his order otherwise he will go to his credit card company to tell them I committed fraud. Oh my god, this guy is NUTS!

Fraud, his bloody credit card purchase hadn’t even gone through since he just purchased the day before.

His e-mail went on & on & on threatening me & I don’t even know what it said because I wasn’t going to ruin my day because of this guy.

I asked him to leave me alone & he wouldn’t. He kept harassing me via e-mail threatening me that he was going to tell the AG that I’m committing fraud.

I should have called the police on him & I would have if my legal team hadn’t scared him away by asking for proof that his credit card was charged. All of a sudden Steven had nothing to say.

I will give you one piece of free advice on me since you know I charge for consultation. This is to all escort agency owners who are new to the industry…

NEVER hire an escort that has a husband or boyfriend who knows what she is doing.

Granted some of them may be nice sweethearts, but I learned a long time ago, that if the husband or boyfriend knows his wife or girlfriend is escorting, he’s almost always BAD news.

People, NEVER EVER give out your address to people who refuse to be contacted.

I don’t care if your business is online, there are tons of scammers out there who think they can play you like this person thought they could.  An online business doesn’t always (sometimes they do) have a brick & mortar location for all snail mail.

A good lesson that anyone can sound like they are interested, but when they are pushed, they won’t give out their personal info. That’s a warning sign that they have something to hide. I’ve NEVER refused to give out my personal information when purchasing online. It’s the right of every company to ask for that information.

She started calling me for advice or something on 11-30-07 saying she keeps getting arrested.

I kept returning her calls.

This guy never ended up purchasing, but cost me money anyway, by calling my voice mail over and over and over again.

His credit card declined twice, and I informed him by sending him my instructional file on how credit cards are processed when a credit card is declined.
