I don’t know who this person is. All I know is that when I called to confirm, Caylene didn’t know who I was, said she didn’t have an e-mail address, god she didn’t even have a computer.

When I e-mailed Caylene at her e-mail address, she said it was all a mistake, but she never once tried to salvage the order or explain what was going on, so I’d be careful.
