At some point afterward she wanted a refund & I told her I don’t allow for refunds, please go read our terms & conditions.

I told her that in her case I’ll make an exception, but she will have to pay our service charge of 15%.

She ignored me.

Over the next several days I wasted time calling her at least 3-4 times & e-mailing her at least 4-5 times.

I waited 6 days until I finally had to face facts that Kelly was ignoring me & had no intentions of responding.

She was even forewarned that she would go on the blog, but I guess she doesn’t care.

Nothing irks me more than escorts who play games, costs a company money, & wastes people’s time.

P.S. Also noticed that Kelly has been on my free list for around 67 days, so this means she didn’t just make an impulse decision to purchase, she knew about Exotic Publishing & myself, received many e-mails from the list & still acted this way.

Kennedy purchased our “How to Become a Successful Escort” business kit on 02-18-11 & then refused to adhere to our simple company policies & screening procedure that is standard in the escort industry.

He also threatened us saying he would take action against us if we didn’t refund his order in full even though he knew there’s a 15% service charge for any refund.

I found him to be arrogant thinking he knows it all when it comes to legalities (he doesn’t, I checked with our lawyer), throwing names around in the escort industry that frankly I don’t care about, & his view that he shouldn’t abide by our rules like every other client has to.

We refunded his whole amount, but because of his attitude, threats, the money he cost us & his refusal to abide by our policies, we are putting him on our blog.

At this point I don’t know who I was dealing with, all I know is I’ve spent a ton of time with these people (my time is worth money to me), & there’s been problems every step of the way & now they’ve cost me money.

Normally I’m a very helpful person, but after what happened with Nicole, my generosity stops & I feel I’ve been taken advantage of plus something very fishy was going on.

I realize now that I started talking to Nicole back in September of 2010.

Then in October 2010 an order for the Platinum Mentorship Package teaching people how to start & run an escort service came in from someone named Gerene Grinon, but when their card declined. I e-mailed them, I never heard back from anyone.

Fast forward to December 2010, Nicole starts trying to order & her card keeps declining. I spent a while trying to help her.

Then she called me & I spoke to her on the phone.

Then on 12-03-2010 she ordered the 3 month payment plan. That transaction finally went through & Nicole wanted to pay for 2 months, not one. I said let’s wait until everything is finalized with month one, then I’ll process month two.

Nicole didn’t fill out the survey, so I asked for that. Never received it.

4 days went by & finally I got her ID. She did apologize & said she was sick.

At that point she tells me that her car & ID was stolen from her locked car & she suddenly couldn’t pay for month two. Fine, no problem, I understood she was under stress & I sympathized with her. She faxed me something that looked like her car was in an impound lot, but it wasn’t in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, it was in Atlanta, Georgia. Also I didn’t see an official police report which I found odd.

Being the thorough person I am, I asked her for a letter from her bank saying this transaction was still in play since she told me she had cancelled all her other accounts. Who knows what could happen down the road, the bank could say the thieves used her credit card to order the business kit.

At first she got angry, then calmed down & apologized saying she understood I have to protect my company. She said she would speak to her bank. She seemed very nice, so I wasn’t worried. I thought she would follow through on what she said she would do.

She she spoke to her bank that very day & she said they wanted me to fax them a letter requesting the letter.

I wasted more of my time & money writing up the letter & faxing it to her bank.

Then I never heard from her again – never heard from her bank either.

Then 3-4 days later I realized she hadn’t gotten back to me, so I e-mailed her asking her if she was alright. I didn’t get the fax, etc.

I’m a very giving person, so I thought maybe she had more trouble & was concerned for her.

The next thing I know, she’s complaining that I’m not giving her what she paid for. She making it sound like I’m the one ripping her off.

Hmm, would a company that is NOT providing the product to the customer e-mail them & ask them what is wrong why haven’t I heard from you, are you okay?

She started asking for a refund & I told her we don’t offer refunds. I couldn’t understand what her problem was. I tried to call  her & she wouldn’t answer the phone. I was a bit upset, but calmly asked her to have her bank re-fax the letter to me so I could process her order & we could resolve this issue.

I also followed up with an e-mail saying I know she’s probably still stressed because of the car, but I’m not the enemy here.

She calls back & leaves a message. She starts being very very difficult. I didn’t want to get angry, so I didn’t listen to the entire thing. I tried to call  her again & again no answer. I left another message trying to explain to her our terms & conditions & how everything is clearly spelled out, no one is doing anything to her as she was again insinuating.

I e-mailed her asking her nicely again to have her bank re-fax the letter to me so I could solve this problem & process her order.

I couldn’t understand why she was being soooo difficult. I had followed up with her every step of the way. I wasn’t even sure her bank tried to fax the letter to me & I didn’t appreciate her insinuating that I was lying. She probably said a lot worse than that in her message, but like I said, I didn’t listen to the entire thing.

I didn’t hear back from her.

I waited an entire day giving her the benefit of the doubt & then tried to call her again.

Again no answer.

I told her that if I didn’t hear from her within 24 hours, I would be refunding her money, I would take the loss financially & she would go on the blog. I told her I want things to work out, I didn’t want it to  end like this, but I can’t go on wasting more time, listening to her get angry at me. The drama was just way too much & I had already wasted 2 weeks of my time on something that in the end was looking like it was a bogus order.

No word from her at all & I believe that if a customer is legit, they will communicate with the company to resolve things.

I believe now that she was trying to commit credit card fraud. I have no proof of it other than her behavior, but I do listen to how customers act & in my opinion she was acting very suspicious. She knew all she had to do was get the letter from her bank faxed to me & all would be good, but she was clearly refusing trying to make it seem like we were ripping her off when we weren’t. I don’t tolerate people who play mind games & manipulate like that.

Nerissa purchased my platinum mentorship package that teaches people how to start & run their own escort service.

After requesting her ID I didn’t hear from her, so I called Nerissa.

Instead of acknowledging what she already knew was our policy, right away she starts asking me where her kit is. I realized later on she was playing games. She knew she had to provide this information, but instead of e-mailing me to discuss it, she was trying to get around our company policies.

I said we can’t process your order until you provide us with ID.

That’s when all the problems started:

1. She kept interrupting me & wouldn’t let me talk. I have to stress she wasn’t nasty. I don’t lie & I don’t want you to think she was, but she wouldn’t listen.
2. She refused to provide ID even though this is mentioned in our terms & conditions AND in our shopping cart.
3. She wanted to pay via a money order & I told her she would still have to provide ID because money orders can be faked. She couldn’t understand how a money order could be faked & that the bank wouldn’t catch it.

   I tried to explain to her that fakes are very well done these days & it could take over 15-30 days before I would be notified, but instead she started laughing. At first I didn’t take offense to the laughs, but then it was clear she felt we were being difficult & I felt she was scoffing at me.

4. I told her the only way I’ll accept payment without ID is through Western Union. She wouldn’t even entertain the idea which now that I think about was very suspicious. She says she’s willing to pay via a money order, yet not Western Union?
5. She refused to pay the services charges we apply to either money order or western union payments. Again this is all listed in our terms & conditions page AND on the shopping cart. I tried to explain why we have to charge a bit extra for these forms of payment (which I didn’t have to do, but I was spending my time trying to make her understand & come to some resolution), but she just wouldn’t listen or try to understand.
6. She argued with me for almost 30 minutes. I tried to be civil with her & calm her down, but after I tried to reason with her for so long, it was clear she wasn’t listening, nor was she willing to follow company procedures. At this point I was starting to feel I didn’t want her as a client if this is how she acts.
7. She also refused pay our service charge when I offered to refund her & she laughed at that too.

In the end I gave her 3 different options, but she refused to work with me AT ALL, so finally I just said I’ll refund your money & eat the costs & I disconnected the call.

I told her I feel she shouldn’t be running an escort agency either because she won’t screen properly & protect her girls, or because if she does screen, she’s being hypocritical screening her clients, yet she refuses to be screened by other companies.

I also realize now that she told me we had spoken on the phone about 3 weeks earlier & I remember I spent a lot of time with her then too, answering questions for her, giving her advice, etc.

I have no problem speaking to potential clients so long as they don’t take advantage of me. I wish they become a client, but if they don’t, I don’t have a problem with that as I don’t push people, but  what I do have a problem with is losing money & wasting my time (which is worth money) after someone purchases.

I told Nerissa right off the bat that I didn’t want to put her on the blog, but in the end she left me with no choice.

Cinthia purchased the “How to Become a Successful Escort” business kit after speaking with me on the phone, so there shouldn’t have been any problems, but there was.

She made mistakes filling out one of our forms & I sent it back to her to complete. Didn’t hear from her that night, so I e-mailed her – Nothing.

She had also told me she would send me information the following day so I could process her order. Again, didn’t hear from Cinthia.

Cinthia then proceeded to ignore all of my e-mails & phone calls until I finally had to come to the conclusion that she was just playing games this entire time. She wasted a lot of my time & cost us money too, so she owes us our standard service charge.

Krista Bayer purchased my business kit, “How to start & run an escort service”. I spoke to Krista on the phone, found out she was an escort & wanted to start an escort agency.

She said she would finish off the screening process the following day. I waited.

Nothing.

Then I called her & e-mailed her once or twice.

Still nothing.

Then suddenly she changed her mind saying the girl who she was going to partner up with to open the escort service didn’t want to get into the escort industry anymore, so she wanted a refund. I told her we don’t offer refunds, but I would make an exception in this case. I reminded her that as per our terms & conditions, she would have to pay our service charge, as I don’t work for free.

She e-mailed me saying this was fine. I sent her the payment URL & then she proceeded to ignore me. I wasted more time calling & e-mailing her & she still ignored me. I gave her a deadline to touch base with me & obviously Krista doesn’t care, so here we are.

We feel this type of behavior is unfortunately typical of people we call time wasters. People who don’t keep their word, lie, plays games, & costs companies money. They are unfortunately typical in the escort industry & with some people online.

That’s when she disappeared.

Joane went to purchase our Platinum Mentorship Package which trains people how to start & run a successful escort service. She decided to go on our 3 month payment plan. While Joane agreed to be screened & all was fine, after I processed her order she suddenly wanted a refund saying she would purchase the entire business kit when she had all of the money.

In order to prevent Joane being put on the blog or having to pay unnecessary charges, I gave Joane several choices some of which I normally don’t do for clients. I also told her we don’t offer refunds.

Unfortunately since there are so many unethical people in the escort industry (although a lot of people take advantage of companies, not just in this industry), I have no way of knowing if Joane would ever come back to purchase & we had already incurred a lot of charges because of her purchase. I had also spent a lot of time screening her & then processing her order. I even asked her when we were on the phone to confirm she would have payments 2 & 3 telling her she could always pay it off earlier. I reminded her that failure to make all 3 payments was considered fraud. She said all was fine.

It wasn’t until several hours later after she had been given access to the first portion of the business opportunity kit that she suddenly started asking for her money back.

She claimed it was because she wanted to read the entire kit on the plane to Haiti & I told her she could print everything off herself or she could upgrade to the printed version once all of her payments had been made, but I never heard from her again. It started to become clear to me that she had no intentions of ever becoming a client, she had just cost us money & wasted a lot of my time.

She also refused to pay the processing fee to refund her which I did have to double because more charges were incurred than normal.

I tried to call her & she ignored my calls, I e-mailed her several times & she ignored me. I gave her a deadline of tonight at 10 pm & never heard from her again.

Richard (her partner according to him) initially contacted me not understanding the “state” field on our shopping cart which I found a little odd only because his e-mail clearly stated he was into web design & I feel most web designers should know how shopping carts work. None of my other UK clients who aren’t web designers have ever had a problem, otherwise I would assume it wasn’t just him.

I wrote him back twice & answered his question & I never heard from him again.

Then several days later Mandy purchased the “How to Become a Successful Escort” business kit & I started to have problems with her from the getgo.

First she didn’t see or fill out our required survey which is also part of our screening process.

Then she says she didn’t get the e-mail with the link to the survey that is sent out to everyone just in case they close their browser right after they purchase. Again I’m wondering why she didn’t see it as it comes up right after the order goes through. I had to write Mandy back several times & even redo her subscription to our client list so she would receive the e-mails she was supposed to be reading. This isn’t something I normally have to do for clients, but I’m all about customer service, so I gladly helped her out.

Then I assume she received the e-mail with the survey link because then she starts giving me attitude that she WON’T adhere to our screening process & she shouldn’t have to because all she is doing is purchasing a book. At this point I was put off. I really don’t deal well with arrogant “know it alls” who try to tell ME how to run a business. It does not matter what a consumer purchases & this isn’t a book, it’s a business kit & this is a relationship with Exotic Publishing to further people’s future in the escort industry.

All companies (online or offline) have the right to screen their clients & this is the escort industry where screening is even more mandatory. It even stated in our terms & conditions that there is screening, especially for people outside of North America, so I started to become suspicious as to why this is such a problem for her.

I started to get the impression that she knows very little about business. Many so called web designers online aren’t true business people. Usually they are just one man operations that don’t understand business at all, which is why they can be very difficult to deal with because they think they are real business people just because they can hang a shingle, & they make no attempt to learn from successful business people. I didn’t know her situation, I was only going based on what I had to deal with so far.

At this point I didn’t want her as a client any longer, as the relationship had already been soured.

I told her that I was going to say it like I see it… that if she really does run a business, she of all people should understand how business works & understand what was asked of her. I felt because she seemed SHOCKED that a business would actually screen her, this now made me question how professional her company really is. I also asked her not to get into the escort industry because she will hinder it since she doesn’t believe in screening & whether she works as an escort or starts an escort agency, this will be a risk to herself or others. Remember, I am trying to clean up the escort industry & also make it more safe.

While I understand this isn’t something she wanted to hear, this is what I felt & I feel it’s my job to advise people, as that’s what they pay me for. They pay me for my expert advice both in business & in the escort industry.

At this point I had already spent a couple of days dealing with her & now I was going to have to refund her the money even though we don’t offer refunds. At first I was going to take our required 15%, but I no longer trusted Mandy, so I just refunded the full amount. Our no refund policy is something else that was clearly mentioned in our terms & conditions page.

So now this entire transaction was costing me money, but that didn’t irk me as much as the attitude from someone I expected more from.

It was also clear to me that Mandy still hadn’t read any of the e-mails that were sent to her inbox & I had asked her to read them again as this would explain our procedure. If you don’t read, you don’t learn & then there are problems. It’s really that simple.

I then get a very angry e-mail back from Mandy which kind of disturbed me. Mandy says she’s already an escort & has been for years & she runs an escort agency, so I’m SHOCKED that this girl has been in the escort industry for years & then has the nerve to tell us we can’t screen her when I’m sure she screens all of her clients who see her. Now I wasn’t sure if she was an escort, escort agency owner, a web designer, or what was going on.

Upon further review I already see a discrepancy. In her original purchase she says the reason she purchased the “How to Become a Successful Escort” business kit was: “I am thinking of running an Agency.”

So she tells me she’s already run an agency (or still is), but really she hasn’t.

Then Richard proceeds to write as well & while he was much more professional sounding, he also hadn’t read things he should have. He also had the nerve to try & tell us how to run our business & then tried to speak for the entire world when he should only be speaking for himself.

Richard, others don’t have these issues that you have. Whenever you have a problem with someone or a company, please speak only for yourself.

David purchased my “How to Become a Successful Escort” business kit on March 6, 2010

At first everything seemed okay with him until I started trying to call him to confirm his phone number. He kept telling me he couldn’t answer his phone until after 7 pm & I did as he asked. One night he told me I could call him late as I had gone out. I did & there was no answer so I left a message. 2 minutes later he e-mails me & tells me to call him again so I did & AGAIN he didn’t pick up the phone so by now I’m getting frustrated because he had JUST e-mailed me. Why tell someone to call you if you aren’t going to pick up the phone.

I left another message & e-mailed him as well. That’s when David Denham started to ignore me.

I called him several more times & e-mailed him several more times. I even told him I’m going to have to put him on my badlist (this blog) if he doesn’t get back to me. I told him I didn’t want to, but the order was starting to become very suspicious.

In the end David Denham wasted a lot of my time & cost my company money because I didn’t process the order. I don’t tolerate flakes who waste people’s time (they are called time wasters in the escort industry) & for that reason David is now on my badlist.

David mentioned that he was potentially going to open up an escort service in Miami with an experienced female. I assume that’s Marcia Mendes.
