Chris contacted me back in September of 2007, & I spent a lot of time with him on the phone – around an hour.

2 months later in November he purchased the Platinum Mentorship Package on how to Start & Run your own Escort Agency.

Everything was fine until it became apparent that Chris is very computer illiterate, so he was unable to open the files even though he has the same instructions everyone else has, & the same troubleshooting page everyone else has.

I tried to tell him it was something on his computer blocking the books, he refused to listen.

I told him he would have to pay for tech support (it’s a very small amount) so they could walk him through it step-by-step.

I don’t offer free tech support, as these files are very easy to open, & if the person needs to be educated on their computer, that means we are in fact cleaning up their computer, and/or offering computer classes via the phone.

He started to get angry calling me names, saying I’m ripping him off, he isn’t getting what he paid for, etc.

I don’t take kindly to people blaming me for their issues. I told him straight out that I DID give him what he paid for, he’s just unable to open them because he doesn’t understand simple computer instructions, or his computer has issues that are blocking the files.

He never read our company policies, so he started demanding things I couldn’t provide for him.

Finally I issued a refund minus our service charge, & I even gave him a discount on the service charge too.

The next thing I know, this guy is lying to his credit card company telling them I charged him & he never got his product.

So, he’s trying to steal $400 from Exotic Publishing because he got his money back when I issued a refund. The credit card company immediately saw the customer was trying to commit fraud, and gave me the $400 back.

This is fraud, & our lawyers will be taking care of this.
