This guy never ended up purchasing, but cost me money anyway, by calling my voice mail over and over and over again.

His credit card declined twice, and I informed him by sending him my instructional file on how credit cards are processed when a credit card is declined.

I told him it never went through even though he may see it on his card because his bank sets aside the funds, as they have no idea if it went through or not.

I told him he has to wait about a week to let it drop off the card.

This is what he wrote back…

“hey michelle, what is your fax number my bank needs to fax you the transaction confirmation to show you that you did receive my money. my girlfriend has exactly the same credit card and she made a couple of purchases and the same thing happened the charges came up pending within no time the companies had received there money.So why is it that you are the only one that has not received the money.Look michelle all i want is what i paid for i dont know what kind of games you think you are playing. the transaction is also on my card statement this is exactly what’s on my statement TRANSACTION: EXOTIC PUBLISHING 310-499-0222 NYUS. Since 4-17-07. Even in your on e-mail it says AUTH CODE 000001 so therefor you had the correct auth code to receive my money that code gives you the permission to receive my money. And what file are you talking about you never sent me any file you to need to check your computer there was no file sent to me. Michelle i hope this is no scam because you will not get away with it, so i advise you to do good business. I saw the complaint against you on ripoff.com And i read your rebutal i gave you the benefit of doubt and said that you would do good business. I hope we can get this together because i really dont want to have to take the next step on getting my money back. When you get this e-mail please sent me a fax number so that my bank can fax you the transaction confirmation. Thank You,have a blessed day!”

He’s still e-mailing me after I tried patiently to explain one more time I don’t have his money.

“look michelle just like the fraud alert said you are a rip off. I have plenty of money only if you knew who I really am. There you go with your attitude just like they said you have. but trust me this one you will not get away with you may have got away with my money. and to let you know i fuck with a top of the line banks it looks like you are the one that has issues. and no its not the money that i am worried about i could care less i would rather have you tell me that it was a rip off and i would have took that like a man.but for eveyone to say they dont have my money the bank does not have my money and i have no purchase from you so like i said where is my money . but that does not matter anymore i am really a good person but someone like u should understand when it comes to money no one plays around with there money. but take it easy dont work to hard get back at me if you happen to hear anything and if i hear anything i will let you know if they find out what the problem was.
