Anthony J. Ventura from Pompano Beach, Florida signed up for our monthly subscription to receive a legal article about the escort industry. He signed up as an agency owner, so it looks like he was doing his due diligence on the escort industry before deciding if he was going to open an escort service.
After reading the article he paid for, he writes us asking for a refund.
He claimed we misrepresented what he was to receive. I don’t lie in my webcopy, in fact I go to great lengths to make sure everything is honest & ethical, so I had no idea what he was talking about and I asked him what he meant by that. I thought he was confused, but I was wrong. He was just lying.
At no time during our e-mail conversations did he point out what he read that he felt was misleading.
Clearly a customer should NOT receive a refund for a product they already received. I pointed out to him that there are no refunds. That is when Anthony J. Ventura proceeds to threaten me saying he will post all over the net that I’m a total rip off & scam artist.
Based on being blackmailed by Anthony J. Ventura, I see who is the fraudster here. He is one of the many petty criminals online who buys things and then demands a refund and if the company doesn’t process the refund, then he will lie and defame the company.
Beware of criminals online, everyone assumes it’s always the company who is in the wrong, you can see that is NOT true.
We also checked & Anthony had logged into his account not once, but twice. He also said he was gong to unsubscribe from his account, but he never did, we had to ban him from our site to make sure he didn’t steal from us again.
