Nick Visoky was a client of mine and looking back at my files, he got everything he could out of me until one day I was informed he is selling MY book on eBay claiming it’s his own.
He is stealing from people who are gullible and naive. While my books are worth a lot more than what I sell them for, I do this because I want people to feel they have an option to get into the escort industry.
What I won’t put up with, is someone lying and pawning off my hard work as their own.
He has already ripped off one person by selling him my book on “How to start and run your own escort agency” for $10,000. While he offered consultation within that price, come on people, I offer consultation too, and I don’t charge that much.
Then because he had gotten away with it, he decided to start charging people $25,000.
eBay did take down his listings after I contacted them, but god knows how many other people he has ripped off and lied to.
He even went and told these people he has been in the escort industry for 18 years when he only purchased my book on December 30, 2006.
He has continuously put up the listings on eBay over & over again.
eBay keeps taking them down, he keeps putting them up.

Then he had the nerve to e-mail me one day saying he got a new computer & needed the new password.
The cheap SOB started to complain about the $30 reprocessing fee I charge if more than 5 months go by and someone asks me to redo their download information.
Can you believe this???
He rips people off, charged this one guy $10,000, & he has the nerve to complain & whine about $30?
I told him he’s bared from Exotic Publishing.
He then starts to threaten me & instead of asking why he was bared, he “poof” seemed to know the reason without me saying a word.
Here is what he said…
“Michelle,
You are banning me from Exotic Publishing because I am trying to sell my escort agency on ebay. I had it for over 2 years and I am trying to find a new owner for you, and you are upset about this because? I am not selling your information to anyone. First of all I have paid a lot of money for my ebooks and now I don’t have access to it. That is very messed up and now I am upset because of this. Now I did nothing to hurt you or anything, in fact I brought more clients to you to buy your material because they couldn’t afford to purchase my agency that I have, but since you are being mean about this and don’t want me to have access to your publishing then here is what I am going to do. I am going to hire a publisher, I have all your material printed out into binders and folders and books, I am going to re-write your material into my own words and have it published and put into an ebooks through Adobe reader just like you, I am going to open a site similar to yours. I have a web master who can create it in less then a week and market it for me, I will call it Adult Entertainment Publishing or something nice and have my site advertised everywhere and become your worse competition, I will even lower my prices then yours and take your business from you.
And since I don’t have access to my ebooks and I paid a lot of money for it I am going to talk to my credit card company and I will reverse the charges.
Unless you want to make this hell on yourself all because I wanted to sell my agency and you banned me then suit yourself and you will see how hard I am going to make this for you.

So here he admits he’s only had his agency for 2 years, yet he lies and tells everyone he’s been in the business for 18.
Then he says he’s ONLY selling his own agency, not my material, then why did I get an e-mail from one of his clients showing me what Nick sent him?
Not to mention, if he was only selling ONE agency, why would the listing be up 3/4 times every week?
You can only sell an agency once. Dahhhh
He claims he brought me clients, yet not ONE person has ever purchased from me through Nick.
Nick you aren’t a very good liar.
Beware of this person people, he talks a good talk (I read his e-mails to this person he defrauded) & people who aren’t very smart fall for it.
In fact if you have been defrauded by Nick, please add to this post.
The escort industry needs to beware of people like Nick.

In all fairness to the person I’m about to name, I will NOT use their last name, but here is his story…
Vince responded to Nick’s ad on eBay. Nick was trying to sell his agency for $30,000, but Vince didn’t want to buy his agency because it was not in his city, so during the course of their conversation, Nick started telling Vince he had forms & information, plus counseling Vince could purchase for the cheaper price of $10,000.
Vince brought up the fact that he was aware of my site that was also selling a book at a much more reasonable price.
Nick seems to be great at convincing gullible, not too smart people to part with their money, so he talked Vince out of it making it seem like his product is better.
Hey, a sales pitch is a sale pitch, I have no problem with that.
I do have a problem WHEN IT’S A LIE!
I was contacted by Vince about a week or more later, & HE proceeded to send me all the e-mails that went back & forth between him & Nick.
After Vince forked over $10,000, he later on realized that Nick was selling my book to him for $9,600 more than what I sell it for.
IT WAS THE SAME BOOK!!!!!
While Nick told him he would coach Vince every step of the way, Vince later on told me that there was no real coaching, Nick just pointed him in the direction of a web designer.
A couple of months later when Nick came to me asking me for my book because he lost it, I refused. (see post above)
When he saw he was getting nowhere, Nick proceeded to e-mail Vince and threaten him, telling him he had to send back the book to Nick, or he would
He threatened him with the following (see below), & Vince caved & sent it to him.
So beware, that if you don’t do as Nick wants, he may bring the cops into your life.
“Vince,
Since you think its really funny to screw people over on cash and business, I have talked to 3 attorneys who are going to go after you and your agency and sue you. I am giving you until tomorrow to either spend my all of my training material every single book and document by over night mail or you wire the rest of the 10grand over. If I don’t have either or by tomorrow I am tipping you off to the detectives for illegal operation and one sexual act performed by your escort will land you 5 years behind bars. Be ready for detectives to be watching you. I just helped another person set up an agency in LA and I am sure he will be happy to see your agency close down.
So watch yourself and see what happens.

S didn’t want his name on my blog, so I gave him my word I wouldn’t, but his story needs to be told.
He also contacted Nick on eBay & before he had a chance to buy, the listing went down because eBay was investigating Nick for copyright infringements.
When he asked Nick why the listing went down, of course Nick lied saying he hadn’t received a high enough bid.
Nick told S. that he was worth millions, yet S couldn’t understand why Nick would complain about my $30 processing fee if he was worth soooo much money.
S. noticed many inconsistencies in Nick’s story.
Nick had also lied to Vince telling him that he’s been in the escort industry for 13 (I think this is the correct number) years.
Nick only purchased my book back in December of 2006, & I’m pretty sure at that point he had no experience in running an escort agency.

Just so you know.
So far it looks like Nick Visoky is no longer committing fraud by selling my book on eBay underneath his name. Let’s hope Nick has stopped breaking the law, but I personally will never deal with this guy again. After what he did to me & people he lied to, I don’t trust him.
